You might feel you can no longer cope with the difficulties you're facing.
Possibly you may be experiencing:

Extreme distress and difficulty managing your emotions
-
High levels of anxiety, panic attacks or flashbacks
-
Out of control behaviour that risks harm to yourself or others
-
Hallucinations, hear voices or lose your sense of reality
-
Harming yourself or have thoughts and feelings about suicide
In an emergency
-
call 999
-
go to the nearest A&E department, if you can
-
or call your local crisis team

Get someone to help you if you are unable to do this yourself.
